Robert Grevious

Rob, a native Coloradan and former bodybuilder who has worked as a successful personal trainer for more than a decade, has always found solace in the Colorado outdoors and in physical activity.  He soon gathered a group of like-minded people who were eager and daring enough to embark on the inaugural "Fit'Cation" to Nosara, Costa Rica in 2015 when he discovered he could combine his passion for travel and exercise into all-inclusive, excursions anchored in health.  Rob's first trip was a smashing success, but he's been raising the bar ever since.  Rob is the ideal Fit'Cation Tour guide because of his extensive background, individualized approach to training, boundless energy, and thirst for adventure.

Katie Kollath

Katie has been working in the fitness industry since 2014. She began her fitness journey by becoming interested in body-building style training, but she quickly fell in love with being strong and started focusing on athletic performance. She competed in numerous powerlifting meets before moving on to perfecting the Olympic lifts and becoming a USA Weightlifting Coach. She has now shifted her focus to being strong with her own bodyweight using gymnastics training.

Her main focus is getting people strong and healthy through whatever modality appeals to them – powerlifting, bodyweight training, olympic weightlifting, crossfit, etc. Her goal is to help people figure out what style of training works for them and what is going to keep them showing up consistently so they can achieve their health goals.

Ian

Ian was born into an active family on Lookout Mountain, spending summers hiking and biking, and the winters on the ski hill. Loving all types of sports, he competed in everything from lacrosse, to fencing, to slope style skiing and mixed martial arts.
Ian attended Montana State University where he earned a BS in Exercise Science. While in school, he competed in bodybuilding competitions and after discovering a passion for the sport, began to build a team of competitors. After recovering from serious back and shoulder injuries, he decided to pursue a MS in Exercise Physiology and Dietetics, with the goal of pursuing human performance but with an added focus on preserving the athlete’s health.
He is dedicated to finding the most efficient way to improve both performance and aesthetic of the human body while promoting the health and longevity of the individual with specialized training, recovery techniques and nutrition. Whether it be a high schooler attempting to return to play after an Achilles tear, or a professional striving for relief from frozen shoulder or sciatic pain - Ian has the ability and desire to tailor a program to fit the specific goals of the client.
